Daily Inspiration
"Above all things, guard Your Heart for out of it is the source of life." Proverbs 4:23 whispered to me this Saturday morning. This beginning of our new Fall season during the Rosh Hashanah season. While I am not a practicing Jew, I do subscribe to the Chabad and enjoy their online website. I was also raised with Jewish principles. I am also a bible reader and try to write with Christian principles in mind. Yet, I do not have many bible verses as far as their exact location memorized and I am a baptized Jehovah's Witness. I also believe that All Scripture is Inspired 2 Timothy 3:16,17. Having not been to organized meetings since 2019 for my own personal reasons, I enjoy Joyce Meyers and Joseph Prince and agree with Jesus Christ when he said that there should be no fighting among men and women who claim to believe on the name and Lord Jesus Christ.
But that is not what made me write this post. I am curious about your spiritual routine. Mine has returned to a more eclectic one that includes the Chabad readings along with once in a while eastern readings from my time spent as a yogi. I know that when God's Kingdom arrives on earth, He alone will teach man all of wisdom for which we cannot bear all now. There are many things he taught which were not written down and many things learned before he arrived. Many wise men from which we can learn and even Moses took direction and counsel from a non Israelite at Jehovah's encouragement. I was amused when the scripture came to me but keen to listen and then sober when I read it hours later when I was doing my daily spiritual reading.
It reminded me that in a time of peace it especially important to build up our most important faith and to try to remain firm so that when the ebb of life brings challenges we do not crumble so far that we are unable to stand again.
